Do natural candles burn longer than paraffin?
Allegadly yes…burning time lasts longer than paraffin, as they have a higher melting point, typiclly – 62-65°C and they are naturally denser and being natural, beeswax candles give off a non-toxic scent, with negative ions, helping to purify the atmosphere.
Beeswax candles burn cleaner with minimal soot. It’s usually when you blow them out the soot seems to happen, so I always place a spoon or a candle snuffer over the flame.
A typical burn time for beeswax t-light candles are 3-6 hrs, depending on where you place them, as opposed to paraffin conventional t-lights of 3-4 hrs.
